Q:  How do I limit the data to a certain date range or group of facilities?


A:  Follow these five steps:

  1. Click on the EDIT icon in the dark blue bar near the top of your browser window.
  2. To select a date, in the DATE RANGE section:

    1. Use the drop-down menus to select a start and end date.  
    2. Click LAST 12 AVAILABLE to view the last 12 months' data.
    3. Click ALL AVAILABLE to view all data available. 

  3. To clear all selected facilities:
    1. View all currently selected facilities in the SELECTED list on the right.
    2. Click DESELECT ALL to clear all selected hospitals.


  4. To select facilities:
    1. Type a facility name in the search field to narrow the results of NOT SELECTED hospitals in the list on the left.
    2. To choose all facilities that match the search criteria entered, click SELECT ALL. All facilities will move to the SELECTED list.
    3. To choose only some facilities that match the search criteria entered:
      1. Click to check the box next to each desired facility.
      2. Click the right arrow to move the checked facilities to the SELECTED list.
  5. Click the Save icon located at the top right of your screen.
