Q:  Why is my Transaction Detail Report blank?  


A:  The report filters may be set to narrowly.  


  1. Click the Set Filters button.



  2. To remove filters, click the x on the dark blue filter tags.



  3. To widen the date range, click the calendar icons.



  4. To add new filters, click the + buttons or type in the filter fields.



  5. Click the OK button in the bottom-right corner to save filters.
